DX Calendar and Activity Reports
A framework for sharing group nets, special events and DX activity without presenting unverified schedules as facts.
What to include
For each event record name, organiser, date, start and finish in UTC, band or service, mode, official source and date checked.
Mark verification status
Use labels such as Confirmed by organiser, Published source found, Member-reported or Unverified. A past listing is not evidence that a net remains active.
Avoid assumptions
Do not infer a recurring schedule from one social media post. Link to the organiser’s current announcement and check for changes.
Member reports
Invite reports with time, frequency, mode, approximate location and source. Moderate submissions before publishing.
Update policy
Display a last-checked date and archive expired events instead of leaving them looking current.

Always check current rules for the country and radio service you are using. A community convention or software feature is not proof that a transmission is authorised.
This guide is educational and may need updating as regulations, software and community information change. Check linked primary sources before relying on technical or regulatory details.
